Overview:

Greenfield Demolition was awarded the strip out and alterations contract by RB Construction for Unit 20 & 21 The Orchard Shopping Centre where the two units will be merged into one.

This is the third contract completed for R&B Construction Group

Our Scope:

• Carry out the soft strip
• Partial Removal of wall
• Remove part of the existing load bearing wall
• Form openings
• Saw cut the existing slab
• Break out remainder of load bearing wall
