Greenfield are delighted to announce that we have won the demolition package at The Downsman Public House in Hove on behalf of Southern Housing Construction. This is the first time we have been appointed to carry out demolition works for Southern Housing Construction and we are very much looking forward to working with them. More to follow.

Another job secured for the demolition of a garage in Bosham. We are looking forward to working with Reilly Construction for a second time on demolition works. Our workforce are getting ready to take this one head on, professionally and efficiently.

Greenfield Demolition are delighted to announce that we have secured the strip out package at Elthone Park Primary School for Jerram Falkus. This is our first larger package for Jerram Falkus after providing R&D Surveys over the past year. Works include strip out works to classrooms and halls and clear arisings.

Greenfield Demolition are proud to announce that we have secured the demolition packages at Longacre School, Shamley Green and Oakfield House, Beckenham for Claremont. These will become our fourth project undertaken for Claremont Refurbishments whom we once again look forward to working with on this project. Longacre School involves complete demolition to a classroom building and Oakfield House included for strip out and alteration works.

Our scope includes for Asbestos Removal, Strip Out, Demolition and crush aggregate arisings and stockpile. This will be our first project awarded to us by The Oakwood Group, who we look forward to working with

The building was a former nightclub and in mid-terrace with two very busy retail/financial stores either side.
