Project Outcomes

The demolition of Lilford Business Centre was completed successfully, on time, and within budget. Key outcomes include:

• Safe removal of all hazardous materials from the site.
• Successful recycling of 97% of demolition materials, contributing to the project’s sustainability goals, excluding the onsite crushed concrete that remained on site to be reused during the development.
• Approx 4400t of crushed material to be used during the development
• Zero safety incidents or accidents reported.

The demolition project at Camberwell hosted multiple challenges which Greenfields team, on the ground and management structure overcome through their years of experience. The project was executed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the surrounding community and businesses.
