Lyons Road

We were employed to carry out the demolition works of the site at the disused office and warehouse building in Merton for a modernised warehouse development.

The two structures were a combination of single-storey and two storey buildings and warehouses, covering an area of approximately 5400m².

Construction was a mix of brick and masonry buildings, with cement bonded roof sheets and steel portal frame buildings.
