Project Outcomes

The removal of the fly tipped waste at Lyons Road was completed successfully allowing the following trades to undertake their works without delay.

Key outcomes include:

• Safe removal of all hazardous materials from the site.
• Successful recycling of 99% of demolition materials, contributing to the project’s sustainability goals, excluding the onsite crushed concrete that remained on site to be reused during the development.
• Zero safety incidents or accidents reported.
