Woodside Conference Centre, Kenilworth

Greenfield Demolition were appointed to deliver the controlled demolition of the Woodside Conference Centre in Kenilworth.

The project involved the removal of a substantial hotel and conference facility located within a newly developed residential area, requiring careful planning and coordination to manage surrounding constraints.

Work commenced in September 2025 and was completed in January 2026.
