As well as carrying out demolition, Greenfield can offer a wide range of enabling services as either Principal Contractor or Subcontractor.

Greenfield Demolition carry out, site clearance works, tree protection, disconnection/ diversion of services, decontamination, cut and fill, ground improvement and/or compaction, survey works such as R&D Surveys, soil investigations, post demolition topographical surveys can also be carried out by Greenfield.

rior to demolition works commencing on site, Greenfield can form access roads, supply and erect perimeter fencing and can also assist with Demolition Phase Plans and Pre-Demolition Audits.

A risk assessment, method statement and site waste management plan are all completed at tender stage. This ensures as many materials as possible are recycled / reused, therefore cutting the cost for the client and reducing the overall environmental impact.
