Overview
Greenfield Demolition have been awarded the strip out and alterations contract by RB Construction for Unit 20 & 21 The Orchard Shopping Centre where the two units will be merged into one.
Our Scope:
- Carry out the soft strip
- Partial Removal of wall
- Remove part of the existing load bearing wall
- Form openings
- Saw cut the existing slab
- Break out remainder of load bearing wall
